上位机系统升级改造,将原监控LCU系统与新监控系统的上位机系统进行数据信息交互,在此基础上由新监控系统实现与上级调度机构的远动通信和AGC/AVC功能,原监控系统上位机系统退出运行。本文简要介绍了刘家峡水电厂计算机监控上位机系统升级改造现场实施方案的选定、改造过程,以及改造中应注意的问题。

This article briefly introduces the selection and transformation process of the implementation plan of the upgrading and reconstruction of PC in Liujiaxia Hydropower Station, as well as the problems that should be noticed in the reformation.
