加罩电极光谱分析法系江苏地质矿产局中心实验室沈瑞平所创立。该法在区域化探分析方案与监控方案研究中应用以后,在1984年12月召开的广东佛山评审会议上被肯定为区域化探分析方案之一。谢学锦认为该方法在“五个单位所得数据的全面符合程度,数据的地理分布趋势,数据局部显著变化特征,地球化学图,及绝大部分元素的背景趋势和异常分布等,都非常相似,保持了所得数值的一致性与可比性”。该方法虽不及等离子光量计分析快速,但其所测化探元素较多,使用的仪器比较简单,适合向队级实验室推广。它的基本原理是利用加罩电极把载体蒸馏法、直接燃烧法和电弧浓缩法这三种电极孔穴法合理地组合在一起,达到多元素分组连测的目的。
