1 引言我省有人造水晶高压釜(以下简称水晶釜)近400台,约70%为带结构内径台阶的水晶釜。从1997年开始,我所开展了水晶釜的内外部检验,至今已检验了42台水晶釜。检验发现裂纹釜1台,变形釜12台,底部硬度显著降低(较其他部位低HB50以上)釜10台。可以看出缺陷釜占有较大的比例。而且这些水晶釜的使用时间并不长,均是在1988～1993年之间出厂的,今后随着使用年限的增加,缺
1 Introduction There are nearly 400 artificial crystal autoclaves (hereinafter referred to as crystal autoclaves) in our province, and about 70% are crystal autoclaves with internal diameter steps. Since 1997, I have carried out the internal and external inspection of the crystal kettle. So far, 42 crystal kettles have been inspected.
