研制了一种适用于微型航天器的两轴数字式太阳敏感器,其光学系统由CMOS APS图像传感器和MEMS工艺制作的孔阵列结构光线引入器组成。敏感器外形尺寸68mm×68mm×58mm,质量小于300g,功耗低于2.5W,更新率优于2Hz。该文介绍了CMOS APS图像传感器的优势及其在太阳敏感器中的应用,以及所研制微型太阳敏感器的系统硬件、软件设计。对微型太阳敏感器样机进行了标定,结果表明微型太阳敏感器在±64°视场以内精度优于0.1°,±10°视场以内精度优于0.02°。
A two-axis digital solar sensor suitable for a miniature spacecraft is developed. The optical system consists of a CMOS APS image sensor and a hole array structure light importer made by MEMS technology. Sensor dimensions 68mm × 68mm × 58mm, quality is less than 300g, power consumption is less than 2.5W, update rate better than 2Hz. This paper introduces the advantages of CMOS APS image sensor and its application in solar sensor, as well as the system hardware and software design of the miniature solar sensor. Micro-solar sensor prototype calibration, the results show that the miniature solar sensor within ± 64 ° field of view accuracy better than 0.1 °, ± 10 ° field of view accuracy better than 0.02 °.
