本文研究了喷丸强化对矿用圆环链各项性能的影响,并探讨了强化机理。试验表明:喷丸的圆环链拉-拉脉动疲劳寿命与未喷丸的比较:由6.4×10~4提高到14.04×10~4周次,寿命提高119%。这一强化工艺的实施,可提高刮板运输机的可靠性及使用性能的要求,也改善了运行的安全,是值得推广采用的强化措施。随着煤炭工业机械化的发展和开采强度的增大,对刮板运输机上的主要部件-圆环链的强度和可靠性提出了更高的要求。目前世界各主要国家和我国煤炭部的标准中均有所反映。根据圆环应力测定表明:最大应力位于外表面的顶端(图1中1点位置),次大应力位于内侧中部(图1中2、3点位置,3点为焊接部位),在拉应力作用下,应力值增长较快,所以对其采用喷丸强化以提高疲劳寿命,势在必行。
In this paper, the effects of shot peening on the properties of mine circular chain were studied, and the strengthening mechanism was discussed. The experimental results show that the fatigue life and non-shot peening of ring-chain pulsating chain pulsation are increased from 6.4 × 10 ~ 4 to 14.04 × 10 ~ 4 weeks, and the life expectancy increased by 119%. The implementation of this enhanced process can enhance the reliability and performance requirements of the scraper conveyor and also improve the safety of operation. It is an enhancement measure worthy of promotion. With the development of mechanization of the coal industry and the increase of mining intensity, higher requirements are put on the strength and reliability of the main part of the scraper conveyor, such as the circular chain. At present, all the major countries in the world and the standards of China’s coal ministry are reflected. According to the determination of the ring stress, the maximum stress is located at the top of the outer surface (point 1 in Fig. 1) and the secondary stress is located in the middle of the middle (point 2 and point 3 in Fig. 1 and welding point 3) Under the rapid growth of stress, so the use of shot peening to improve fatigue life, imperative.
