目的探讨MRI弥散加权成像(DWI)对急性脑梗死的诊断优势,提高影像工作者对急性脑梗死的影像诊断水平。方法对25例临床拟诊急性脑梗死的患者,在发病2~24 h以内行常规MRI及DWI扫描。结果急性脑梗死DWI表现与神经系统特征对应区域的高信号影,病情缓解后经MRI、CT复查均证实为脑梗死。结论 DWI对急性脑梗死十分敏感,并能清楚显示病变部位、范围及对治疗方案的制定有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic advantages of MRI diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) for acute cerebral infarction and improve the imaging diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Twenty-five patients with clinically diagnosed acute cerebral infarction underwent conventional MRI and DWI within 2 ~ 24 hours of onset. Results The DWI of acute cerebral infarction and the high signal intensity of the corresponding region of neural system were confirmed. After the condition was relieved, cerebral infarction was confirmed by MRI and CT. Conclusion DWI is very sensitive to acute cerebral infarction, and can clearly show the location of the lesion, and the development of treatment programs of great significance.
