基于社会认同理论,本文构建了一个上下级关系对狱警组织公民行为的中介作用模型,探究了团队认同的中介作用机制。通过对江苏省监狱468名狱警的调查发现,上下级关系与狱警组织公民行为显著正相关;上下级关系与团队认同显著正相关;团队认同与狱警组织公民行为显著正相关;团队认同在上下级关系与狱警组织公民行为之间起着中介作用。
Based on the theory of social identity, this paper constructs an intermediary model of superior and subordinate relations to civil society behavior of prison guards and explores the mediating mechanism of team identity. Through the investigation of 468 prison guards in jiangsu province prisons, it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between superior and subordinate relations and guerrilla civil behavior. There is a significant positive correlation between superior and subordinate relations and team identity. Team identity is significantly and positively correlated with guerrilla civil behavior. Relationships and guerrilla civil behavior act as intermediaries.
