结合水土保持规划设计工作实践,本文对水行政主管部门批复后的水土保持方案在实施过程中存在的主要问题和对策进行初步分析。在提高水土保持意识的同时,要重视方案实施过程中出现的各种问题,加强监督检查,加大执法力度,真正落实水土保持方案确定的各项目标和任务,达到防治水土流失的目的。 Combined with the practice of soil and water conservation planning and design work, this paper carries out a preliminary analysis of the main problems and countermeasures in the implementation of the soil and water conservation program approved by the water administrative department. While raising the awareness of soil and water conservation, we must attach importance to various problems that arise during the implementation of the program, strengthen supervision and inspection, intensify law enforcement and truly implement the goals and tasks set by the program of soil and water conservation so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling water and soil erosion.
