本文研究了用视黄醇(维生素A)体地反应(RBPR)评价机体维生素A营养状况的可能性。共做了二个实验。实验1用110~170g重的大鼠90只,分成8组,分别给于不同水平的维生素A饲养,然后测定RBPR%和肝脏中维生素A的含量。结果表明用RBPR%能比较好地反映肝脏中维生素A的含量。实验2取体重180~320g的大鼠33只,用RBPR%计算肝脏中维生素A的含量,同时与实测的肝脏中维生素A含量比较,二个方法所得结呆一致,进一步证明了用RBPR%评价机体维生素A营养状况的可能性。初步提出了RBPR%的评价标准:>70%为缺乏,60~70%为不足,20~60%为正常,<20%为充裕。
In this paper, the possibility of assessing the nutritional status of vitamin A in vivo using retinol (Vitamin A) in vivo reaction (RBPR) was studied. A total of two experiments were done. In experiment 1, 90 rats with 110 ~ 170g weight were divided into 8 groups and fed with different levels of vitamin A respectively. RBPR% and content of vitamin A in the liver were measured. The results showed that using RBPR% can better reflect the content of vitamin A in the liver. In experiment 2, 33 rats with body weight 180-320g were used to calculate the content of vitamin A in the liver by RBPR%. Meanwhile, compared with the measured content of vitamin A in the liver, the results obtained by the two methods were consistent, which further proved that RBPR% Body vitamin A nutritional status of the possibility.
