宝鸡在中国历史上是周秦两大王朝的肇兴之地,这两大王朝在损益炎黄文化和夏商文化的基础上,创造出了以礼乐德孝为主的周文化和以法度器量为主的秦文化,为后世尤其是给宝鸡地区留下了极为丰富宝贵的周秦历史文化旅游资源。本文主根据宝鸡周秦文化旅游资源发展所存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。
