豆腐——痛风病人的健康食品之一

针对近年来网上及一些报刊杂志上出现的有关慎吃豆腐的误传,本文对豆腐中的嘌呤含量进行了确证,并阐明了食用豆腐与痛风病之间的关系。结果发现豆腐中的嘌呤含量低,满足痛风病人健康饮食的要求,痛风病人适量的摄入豆腐不会引起痛风病发作,相反,豆腐中较高的蛋白含量有利于促进痛风病人体内尿酸盐的排泄。 In view of the misconceptions about cautious eating tofu appearing on the internet and some newspapers and magazines in recent years, this paper confirms the purine content in tofu and clarifies the relationship between eating tofu and gout. The results showed that low levels of purine in tofu to meet the requirements of a healthy diet gout patients, gout intake of tofu appropriate amount will not cause gout attack, on the contrary, the higher protein content of tofu is conducive to promote urate in patients with gout excretion.
