目的:分析传统教具与自动分娩模型在妇产科实践教学中的临床应用效果。方法:将我院于2012年3月-2015年4月所接收临床实习生100人作为调查对象,分组处理后借助不同方式教学,即:实验组行临床传统教具、自动分娩模型联合教学,对照组行临床传统教学,判定其效果。结果:实验组教学知识掌握度(96.0%)、临床考核评分(分娩操作技能、理论知识)和对照组(80.0%)相比,差异性鲜明(P<0.05)。结论临床将传统教具、自动分娩模型用于妇产科实习生教学中作用突出,可提高教学知识了解度,值得应用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional teaching aids and automatic childbirth models in practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 100 clinical intern received in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2015 were selected as subjects for investigation. After grouping, different groups of teaching methods were used, namely: clinical traditional teaching aids in experimental group, automatic delivery model combined teaching, control Group traditional clinical teaching, to determine the effect. Results: The difference between the experimental group (96.0%), clinical assessment score (labor skills, theoretical knowledge) and control group (80.0%) was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of traditional teaching aids and automatic childbirth models in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology intern can improve the understanding of teaching knowledge and is worthy of application.
