经调查研究及品种鉴定,湖南有细辛属植物6种1变种(见本刊1986年第2期),其中湘细辛的主要来源品种是宜昌细辛、五岭细辛和长茎金耳环,药用部分为全草。我们以辽细辛为对照样品,对它们的挥发油含量及组成进行了测定和分析,试图为开发利用湘细辛找到在化学组成上的依据。挥发油的含量测定分别取上述材料,刷去泥砂等杂质,适当切段(约0.1～0.5cm左右),于37℃±2℃恒温箱中烘烤2小时,及时称量,按中国药典(1977年版)一部附录16页,挥发油测定法项下甲法测定,结果(见表1)。 After investigation and research and species identification, there are 6 species and 1 varieties of Asarum in Hunan (see the second issue of the issue in 1986). Among them, the main source varieties of Xiang Asarum are Yichang Asarum, Wuling Asarum and Long Stalked Gold Earrings. The medicinal part is whole grass. We used the Asarum chinensis as a control sample to measure and analyze their volatile oil content and composition, and tried to find the basis for chemical composition for the development and utilization of Asarum. The content of volatile oil was measured by taking the above materials, brushing impurities such as mud and sand, cutting the segments appropriately (about 0.1 to 0.5 cm), baking in a thermostat at 37°C±2°C for 2 hours, and weighing in time, according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1977) Year Version) An Appendix, page 16, Determination of Volatile Oil by A Method, Results (see Table 1).
