目的::探讨辛伐他汀对塔里木油田地区早期高脂血症患者相关指标的改善情况,并分析脉搏波传导速度( PWV)与其他指标的相关性。方法:选择塔里木油田医院体检中心的59例高脂血症患者,服用辛伐他汀6个月后观察收缩压、舒张压、超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP)、总胆固醇( TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C)、PWV、踝臂指数( ABI)的变化。采用多元线性逐步回归分析PWV与各指标的相关性。结果:辛伐他汀治疗后收缩压和舒张压无显著变化。 TC、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低,HDL-C则明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后PWV较治疗前减少,ABI得到显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示PWV与年龄、hs-CRP呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀可显著改善高脂血症患者血脂的相关指标,减少高脂血症患者PWV,增加ABI,降低血清hs-CRP水平。 PWV联合hs-CRP检测能够更好的预测动脉粥样硬化的程度,在预防心血管疾病发挥重要的作用。“,”Objective:To investigate the improving effect of simvastatin on the related indices of hyperlipidemia Patients at the early stage in Talimu oil field, and analyze the correlation between the pulse wave velocity ( PWV) and the other indicators. Methods:Totally 59 patients with hyperlipidemia in Talimu oil field hospital received simvastatin for 6 months. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , PWV and ankle-brachial index ( ABI) were assessed before and after the treatment. Moreo-ver, the correlation between PWV with the other factors were analyzed by a multiple linear regression method. Results: After the six-month treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure showed no significant change;TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased ( P<0. 05), while HDL-C was increased. PWV was significantly decreased, and ABI was improved significantly (P<0. 05). The chan-ges in PWV were correlated with age and hs-CRP(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusion:Simvastatin can significantly improve the relat-ed indices in the patients with hyperlipidemia, reduce PWV, increase ABI and decrease serum hs-CRP level. The determination of PWV and hs-CRP can predict the degree of atherosclerosis better, which plays an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular dis-eases.
