针对广东省韶关钢铁有限公司板材厂矫直厚规格钢板时矫直机能力不足、设备故障频发、矫直效果差等诸多问题,分析了其主要影响因素,即设备老化、矫直设备工艺设计不合理、操作工技能不佳。为此,制定了相应的对策措施,矫直机矫直力从8 000kN提升到15 000kN,并且运行稳定。
Aiming at many problems of straightening machine of thick gauge steel plate in Guangdong Shaoguan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, such as lack of capacity, frequent equipment failure and poor straightening effect, the main influencing factors are analyzed, namely equipment aging, straightening equipment process design Unreasonable, poor operator skills.
