采用高效液相联用电化学检测器,建立了同时检测大鼠不同脑区去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、多巴胺、5-羟色胺和5-羟吲跺乙酸的方法。5种单胺递质在0.156~5ng之间均呈良好的线性关系(r>0.993,r<0.05)。其回收率均在93%以上,变异系数均在5%以下,最低检测限均<100/pg。本文结果表明,该方法简单、快速且灵敏度高,重现性好,是检测单胺递质较好的方法。
The method of simultaneously detecting norepinephrine, epinephrine, dopamine, serotonin and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in different brain regions of rats by using high performance liquid chromatography and electrochemical detector was established. The five monoamine neurotransmitters showed a good linear relationship between 0.156 ~ 5ng (r> 0.993, r <0.05). The recovery rates were above 93%, the coefficient of variation were below 5%, the minimum detection limit were <100 / pg. The results show that the method is simple, rapid and high sensitivity, reproducibility, and is a better method for the detection of monoamine neurotransmitters.
