采用亲核反应,通过在320℃下不同的反应时间来合成不同分子量的聚醚醚酮,研究不同分子量对聚醚醚酮结晶行为、热学行为的影响。通过FT-IR、XRD、DSC、OM和TG表征和分析了分子量对聚醚醚酮结晶行为和热学行为的影响。分析结果表明,随着聚醚醚酮分子量的增加,其结晶的完善程度呈降低趋势,晶片厚度变小,球晶半径由于分子链运动困难而降低,其熔点随着分子量的增加开始升高然后下降。
The effects of different molecular weights on the crystallization behavior and thermal behavior of PEEK were studied by nucleophilic reaction at different reaction time at 320 ℃ to synthesize polyether ether ketone with different molecular weight. The effects of molecular weight on the crystallization behavior and thermal behavior of PEEK were characterized and analyzed by FT-IR, XRD, DSC, OM and TG. The results show that as the molecular weight of polyetheretherketone increases, the degree of perfection of the crystal decreases, the thickness of the crystal decreases, and the spherulite radius decreases due to the difficulty of movement of the molecular chain. The melting point of the polyether ether ketone increases with the increase of molecular weight decline.
