我国目前生产的各种型号电度表,下轴承都是采用宝石结构。我厂试验室曾对用户运行5年的电度表,进行基本误差测试,结果有30%~40%的表在轻负荷时严重超差,这种误差主要是下轴承的磨损所造成的。因此,使用磁力轴承是实现电度表长寿命的关键。磁力轴承分为磁悬轴承和磁推轴承,磁悬轴承由于结构和加工工艺问题,很少应用,普遍应用的是磁推轴承。磁推轴承是利用两块环状磁体同性相斥原理,用推力支撑起电度表的转盘,为克服侧向的偏转,在
