目的探讨上海地区不同高度气传花粉的数量、种类和沉降规律,为花粉过敏症患者选择合适的居住楼层以及花粉症的预防提供科学的理论依据。方法采用Durham花粉采集器于2010年3月至2012年3月对上海地区不同高度(12 m,21 m,33 m)的气传花粉进行采集。结果共收集气传花粉221 224粒,隶属38科,27属种。不同高度花粉数量比较结果:12 m>21 m>33 m;种类比较结果:21 m>33 m>12 m。上海地区春季优势气传花粉有构树、悬铃木属、松科、榆属、枫杨、柏科、柳属、杉科、桦木科、银杏和朴树;夏秋季优势花粉为女贞、豆科、葎草和禾本科。结论构树、悬铃木属花粉在上海地区不同高度占明显优势。
Objective To investigate the quantity, types and sedimentation rules of airborne pollen at different altitudes in Shanghai and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate residential floors for pollen allergy patients and the prevention of hay fever. Methods Durham pollen collector was used to collect airborne pollen at different heights (12 m, 21 m, 33 m) in Shanghai from March 2010 to March 2012. Results 221 224 gas-pollen plants were collected, belonging to 38 families and 27 genera. Comparison of pollen numbers at different altitudes: 12 m> 21 m> 33 m; comparison of species: 21 m> 33 m> 12 m. In spring, the dominant pollen in the spring of Shanghai was Nymphaeaceae, Pinus, Pinaceae, Ulmus, Pterocarya, Boke, Salix, Cedar, Betulaceae, Ginkgo and Hackberry; Gypsophila and grasses. Conclusion Conifers, Platycladus pollen in Shanghai in different heights accounted for obvious advantages.
