研究了废纸脱墨浆H2O2漂白过程中,稳定剂和漂白条件对防止过氧化物过度分解和漂白废纸浆性质的影响。结果表明,在混合办公废纸(MOW)脱墨浆漂白中,选用适当的活化剂和过氧乙酸等化合物可以提高H2O2的漂白效率。H2O2和过氧化物衍生物能够有效提高废纸浆的白度。
The effects of stabilizers and bleaching conditions on the prevention of over-decomposition of peroxide and bleaching of pulped pulp during the bleaching process of waste paper deinked pulp were studied. The results showed that bleaching efficiency of H2O2 could be improved by using appropriate activator and peracetic acid in the bleaching bleaching of MOW. H2O2 and peroxide derivatives can effectively improve the whiteness of waste paper pulp.
