我国工会的职工文化工作发展到今天,更加注重对职工的个体关怀,更注重成为刚性的企业文化的一种柔性补充和支撑。要搞好工会职工文化工作,则必须积极探寻职工的兴趣点,让职工觅趣而来,尽兴而归,通过职工文化工作继承和发扬工会“大学校”的优良传统,突出时代特色,在潜移默化中陶冶职工情操,增强综合素质,为促进企业和谐稳定健康发展营造良好氛围。为此,国网自贡供电公司进行了一些积极的尝试和探索。
