自二十世纪八十年代企业文化理论传入中国以来,引起了企业界的重视,许多企业都在企业文化建设方面进行了可贵的探索,并取得了一些积极的成果。但是,也有一些企业在企业文化建设中出现了一些片面的认识和做法。这些片面的认识和做法,是不利于企业文化建设的。因此,当前我们在企业文化建设中,很有必要防止这些片面的认识和做法。
