为能确切评价外科正畸治疗患者的咀嚼能力,选择同年龄组的男女作为对照组,利用ATP颗粒剂用吸光度法作咀嚼能力的测定。对象从口腔系学生和正在实习的齿科卫生士中选择正常咬合者,即牙位正常、牙列无缺损、无龋坏的健康牙列者。男性16名(平均24.8岁),女性18名(平均20.2岁)。测定方法按增田氏法,给被试者ATP颗粒5克,让其咀嚼50次,用分光光度计测定其滤液的吸光度。用Jaw Force Meter测定各牙的最大咬合力,然后用成品蜡测定咀嚼面积,来评定咀嚼能力。
In order to accurately evaluate the chewing ability of patients undergoing surgical orthodontic treatment, men and women of the same age group were selected as the control group, and the chewing ability was measured by absorbance method using ATP granules.
