通过北京某住宅小区中5户的空调使用情况进行长期测试,对测试结果和大量调研数据进行分析,分别讨论了室内外温度、室内湿度、个人偏好、人员在室情况、室内冷量保留时间等因素对空调使用行为的影响,最终得到最节能和最耗能两种极端的空调使用模式,并与宴测能耗进行比较,发现宴际住户空调能耗比最节能模式空调能耗高很多,证明通过调整人员行为减少空调制冷能耗的空间很大,对减少建筑能耗具有重要意义。
