目的对牙外伤松动脱位以及牙槽突骨折的临床固定治疗方法进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2010年2月～2012年2月我院收治的牙外伤松动脱位以及牙槽突骨折的患者84例,将其分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规疗法和正畸片段弓技术进行治疗。并对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经统计发现,观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,且差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙外伤松动脱位以及牙槽突骨折采取正畸片段弓技术进行治疗的临床效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical fixed treatment of tooth injury and dislocation and alveolar fracture. Methods Totally 84 patients with loose tooth dislocation and alveolar fractures treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2012 were divided into control group and observation group. Technology for treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared and analyzed. Results According to the statistics, the treatment effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is worth to popularize the clinical effect of orthodontic arch technique for the treatment of loose and dislocation of tooth trauma and alveolar fracture.
