MnAc_3·2H_2O在pH=4.0的HAc-NaAc的缓冲水溶液中和2,2'-联吡啶(bipy)反应,制得了双核锰(Ⅲ)配合物[(bipy)_2Mn_2(μ-O)(μ-Ac)_ 2(H_2O)_2](ClO_4)_2该配位化合物的 X射线单晶衍射表明,该晶体属单斜晶系,空间群 C2/C,晶胞参数: a= 3.408 2(7) um, b= 0.864 4(2) um, c= 2.174 9(4) um,β=105.12°,Z=8.其紫外可见光谱在400和600 nm之间有两个非常强的峰,这和一些从生物体中提取的含锰过氧化氢酶及含锰核糖核苷酸还原酶的电子光谱相似.循环伏安实验说明,此配合物在乙腈溶液中经历了一个半可逆的一电子氧化和还原。
MnAc_3 · 2H_2O was reacted with 2,2’-bipyridine in aqueous HAc-NaAc solution at pH = 4.0 to prepare the binary (Ⅱ) complex [(bipy) _2Mn_2 (μ-O) The results show that the crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group C2 / C, the unit cell parameters are as follows: a = 3.408 2 (7) um, b = 0.864 4 (2) um, c = 2.174 9 (4) um, β = 105.12 °, Z = 8. Its UV-Vis spectrum has two very strong peaks between 400 and 600 nm, similar to the electron spectra of some manganese-containing catalase and manganese-containing ribonucleotide reductase extracted from organisms. Cyclic voltammetry experiments show that this complex undergoes a semi-reversible one-electron oxidation and reduction in acetonitrile solution.
