蛛网膜下腔出血所致的脑动脉痉挛是影响病人予后的主要因素之一。明确脑动脉痉挛的原因,是选择正确防治措施、提高蛛网膜下腔出血治愈率的重要问题。我们通过向犬视交叉池注入自家血液的不同成分来观察血小板、红细胞致脑动脉痉挛的作用。现将研究结果报告如下: 材料和方法取15~20公斤犬49条,用戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉,暴露右侧椎动脉,向远心端插入一根充满肝素盐水,直径1毫米的硅胶管做椎动脉造影。然后,用12号腰穿针经视神经孔做视交叉池穿刺,待流出澄清脑脊液后,再注入自家血液的不同成分,并在不同时间分别做椎动脉造影。通过血管直径的改变,对脑血管痉挛进行动态观察。
Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by cerebral artery spasm is one of the main factors that affect the patient to post. A clear reason for cerebral artery spasm is to choose the correct prevention and treatment measures to improve the cure rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage, an important issue. We observed the platelet and erythrocyte-induced cerebral vasospasm by injecting different components of our own blood into the canine optician. Then, with the 12th lumbar needle through the optic nerve hole to do the optic chiasm cell puncture, to be out of the clear cerebrospinal fluid, and then injected into their own blood of different components, and at different times were done vertebral artery angiography. Vascular spasm was dynamically observed by changes in vessel diameter.
