目的观察益气养阴生血颗粒对SD大鼠外周血象影响。方法选取144只健康SD大鼠按体重分为4组,每组36只,雌雄各半。对照组灌胃等量去离子水,大、中、小剂量组分别给予益气养阴颗粒16.8、10.2、6.0 g/kg。干预24周,停药1个月,分别在干预3个月、6个月、停药1个月后检测SD大鼠外周血象。结果干预3、6个月后以及停药1个月时,与对照组比较,各剂量组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、网织红细胞(RET)均无明显变化。干预3个月后,各剂量组外周血血小板(PLT)计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预6个月后,中、小剂量组外周血PLT计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);停药1个月后,中剂量组外周血PLT计数较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴生血颗粒长期用药不但能够稳定血象,且对PLT计数具有提升效应。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Shengxue Granule on peripheral blood of SD rats. Methods A total of 144 healthy SD rats were divided into 4 groups according to body weight, 36 in each group. The control group was orally administered with the same amount of deionized water. The large, middle and small dose groups were given Yiqi Yangyin Granules 16.8,10.2,6.0 g / kg respectively. Intervention for 24 weeks, withdrawal for 1 month, respectively, in the intervention of 3 months, 6 months, withdrawal 1 month after the test of peripheral blood of SD rats. Results Compared with the control group, the RBC, hemoglobin (HGB), white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil (NEU), reticulocyte (RET) showed no significant change. After intervention for 3 months, peripheral blood platelet count (PLT) in each dose group increased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); 6 months after intervention, (P <0.05). After stopping for 1 month, the PLT count of peripheral blood in middle dose group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The long-term administration of Yiqi Yangyin Shengxue Granule can not only stabilize blood images, but also enhance the PLT count.
