1日国家发展改革委、财政部、农业部、国家粮食局、农业发展银行、中储粮总公司发出《关于印发2011年早籼稻最低收购价执行预案的通知》。7日国家发展改革委发出《关于推进航空煤油价格市场化改革有关问题的通知》。通知要求:航空煤油出厂价格逐步实行市场定价。为平稳推进市场化改革,过渡期间航空煤油(标准品)出厂价格暂按照不超过新加坡市场进口到岸完税价的原则,由供需双方协商确定。
On January 1, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, State Grain Administration, Agricultural Development Bank and China Grain Reserves Corporation issued the Circular on Issuing the Preplan for Implementing the Minimum Purchase Price of Early Indica Rice in 2011. On the 7th, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Circular on Issues Related to Promoting the Market-based Reform of Aviation Kerosene Price. Notification requirements: Aviation kerosene ex-factory price gradually market pricing. In order to steadily promote market-oriented reforms, the ex-factory prices of aviation kerosene (standard product) during the transitional period should be negotiated by both parties on the principle of not exceeding the onshore duty-paid value of imports to the Singapore market.
