X射线定性相分析是X射线技术中一项重要而又颇具特色的技术。近年来,除用照相方法外,使用X射线衍射仪进行定性相分析已愈来愈普遍。关于定性相分析的原理和方法,在有关的书籍中都有叙述,我们也曾对复相分析和无卡相分析作过一些讨论。但所有这些讨论,都在巳用适宜的方法获得了实验数据的基础上进行的,一般不涉及实验条件的选择。虽有一些资料讨论过实验参数的选择,但各有侧重。本文试图就实验参数的选择和定性相分析之间的
X-ray qualitative phase analysis is an important and distinctive technique in X-ray technology. In recent years, in addition to using photographic methods, the use of X-ray diffraction for qualitative phase analysis has become more and more common. The principles and methods of qualitative phase analysis are described in the relevant books, and we also have some discussion on complex phase analysis and card-free phase analysis. All of these discussions, however, have been based on experimental data obtained by suitable methods and generally do not involve the choice of experimental conditions.
