为了改善杉木材质软、强度低等物理力学性能方面存在的一些缺陷,用PF(酚醛)树脂溶液对杉木进行浸渍压缩的改性处理。试验结果表明,当浸胶浓度为25%、浸胶时间为24h、热压温度为160℃和每单位厚度的保压时间为45s/mm时,所得改性杉木的性能最佳。
In order to improve the soft and low strength of Chinese fir physical and mechanical properties of some of the shortcomings of PF (phenolic) resin solution on the fir impregnation compression modification. The experimental results show that the modified cedar has the best performance when the dipping concentration is 25%, the dipping time is 24h, the hot pressing temperature is 160 ℃ and the holding time per unit thickness is 45s / mm.
