The self-management of teachers refers to a management model in which teachers self-reflection, self-negation, and self-correction of improper behavior in the teaching process. It is an important means of teaching disease prevention. There are many aspects of teachers’ self-management behavior, including teacher’s emotional control, words and deeds management, and educational intelligence. Among them, educational wit is one of the specific forms of teacher’s ability, its level of quality, and its speed of appearance.
