采用振荡测量法对245例足月健康新生儿出生3天内逐日测量其左右臂的血压,提出足月健康新生儿的收缩压为8.67~10.00kPa,舒张压为4.67~6.00kPa,平均动脉压为6.67~8.00kPa,并提出诊断新生儿高血压和低血压的标准.指出目前一般报道新生儿血压平均值的标准差均偏大,95%正常范围值的波动范围也过大,主要是采用几何均数计算之故,现采用对数值计算,然后予以换算,则标准差及95%正常范围均可明显缩小,使计算的血压
