随着城市和社会的发展,大批农村劳动力进入城市求职谋生,成为了现代化建设当中不可或缺的劳动力大军。然而,他们在城市打工、生活却遇到了诸如就业、社会保障、权益保护、子女教育等一系列关系到自身利益和生存的问题,这些问题已经引起政府部门的高度重视,随之产生了“农民工问题”。文章围绕当前农民工在城市打工、生活的十大焦点问题,深入分析了当前农民工所面临的实际困难,并且展望了在未来农民工可能遇到难题,为有关部门妥善解决农民工问题提供了参考。 With the development of cities and society, a large number of rural laborers entering the cities to seek employment for their livelihood have become the indispensable labor force in the modernization drive. However, when they work in the city, they encounter a series of problems concerning their own interests and survival, such as employment, social security, protection of rights and interests, and children’s education. These problems have drawn the attention of government departments and have resulted in the “ Migrant workers issue ”. In this paper, we focus on the ten major problems that migrant workers live and work in the cities and analyze the practical difficulties faced by the migrant workers. We also expect that migrant workers may encounter difficulties in the future and provide relevant departments proper solutions to the problems of migrant workers reference.
