李常水是从笠头村走出的第一位大学生,村民们谁也没想到已经走出乡村的李常水几年以后又会放弃公职从城市回到农村。二十年来,由干部转当农民的李常水是怎么过的?他周围的农民兄弟是怎么生活的?他们的税费负担重吗? 如今的李常水当上了村党支部书记,还担任了全国人大代表。我们希望通过对他及其所在村庄的解剖,探索中国农村的现状和未来。
Li Changshui was the first university student to step out from the village of Baotou. No one of the villagers thought that Li Changshui, who had gone out of the village, would once again abandon public office from the city back to the countryside after a few years. In the past two decades, what happened to Li Changshui, whose cadres turned to peasants? How did the peasant brothers around him live? Are they burdened with taxes and duties? Li Changshui now becomes secretary of the village party branch and also serves as director of the NPC representative. We hope that through the dissection of him and his village, we will explore the current situation and the future of China’s rural areas.
