当今社会,农民进城务工的人数越来越多,由于受各种条件的限制,大部分外出农民只能将子女留在家中托付给亲戚、朋友照顾。于是,大批的留守学生就出现了。留守学生在校表现出的性格特征主要为:内向、胆怯、木讷、不善与人交往,还有的暴露出孤独、封闭、畏惧的性格弱点。面对留守学生的这些特点,教师只有关爱留守学生,采取正确的方法引导、教育,才会使他们健康成长。
In today’s society, the number of peasants migrating to cities is increasing. Due to various conditions, most migrant peasants can only give their children home to entrust to relatives and friends. As a result, a large number of left-behind students appeared. The characteristics of left-behind students at school mainly include: introverted, timid, stiff, poor interpersonal relationships, and others exposed the weaknesses of loneliness, confinement and fear. In the face of these characteristics of left-behind students, teachers only care for their left-behind students and adopt the correct methods to guide and educate them so that they will grow up healthily.
