我们在采用氩弧打底来焊接锅炉受热面管子时,发现在焊缝中出现有规律性的气孔缺陷。在排除了产生气孔的其它原因后,找出了管内穿堂风是产生气孔的主要原因。本文通过工程实践,总结分析了管内产生穿堂风的原因和条件,并摸索出了“火焰测试法”。用这个方法来检验穿堂风的大小和方向,并采取相应措施加以防止,从而避免了因管内穿堂风引起的气孔缺陷,使我们对产生气孔的条件有了新的认识。
When we used argon arc welding to weld the heating surface pipe of the boiler, we found regular porosity defects in the welding seam. After excluding the other causes of stomata, it was found that the ventilation inside the duct was the main cause of stomata. This article through engineering practice, summed up and analyzed the reasons and conditions for the production of hall style, and explored the “flame test method.” This method is used to check the size and direction of the wind in the hall and to take appropriate measures to prevent it, thus avoiding the defects of the pores caused by the wind in the hall, so that we can have a new understanding of the conditions for generating blowholes.
