利用差异 实现个性化学习——小班环境下语文课堂学生个性化学习初探

差异教学的核心思想是,将学生的个别差异视为教学的组成要素,从学生不同的认识水平、兴趣和风格出发来设计差异化的教学内容与过程,最终促进所有学生在原有水平上得到相应的发展。本文基于小班环境的独特优势,利用学生的个体差异,通过目标分层、差异教学、灵活分组、差异作业、个性评价等手段来进行学生个性化学习的探索,取得了一定成效。 Differences in teaching the core idea is that the individual differences in students as a teaching component, from the students of different levels of understanding, interest and style to design differentiated teaching content and process, and ultimately promote all students in the original level of the corresponding development of. Based on the unique advantages of small-class environment, this paper uses individual differences of students to explore students’ personalized learning through the methods of target stratification, difference teaching, flexible grouping, difference assignment and personality evaluation. Some achievements have been made.
