目的:测定鲜地黄中砷、汞、铅和镉的含量。方法:采用ICP-AES法同时测定中药材鲜地黄中砷、汞、铅和镉的含量。结果:2005年4月1日开始实施的中华人民共和国外贸部药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准中对重金属及砷盐的限量要求是镉(Cd)≤0.3 mg.kg-1、汞(Hg)≤0.2 mg.kg-1、砷(As)≤2.0 mg.kg-1、铅(Pb)≤5.0 mg.kg-1。样品测定的结果表明,11个不同产地的鲜地黄中铅、砷和镉的含量均低于上述标准,而汞的含量均超过上述标准。故应尽快制定中药材外源性有害物质安全限量。结论:本方法准确、快捷、操作简单,适用于中药中有害元素含量的测定。
Objective: To determine the content of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium in fresh rehmannia. Methods: Simultaneous determination of arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium in fresh rehmannia glutinosa Libosch by ICP-AES. Results: The limit requirements for heavy metals and arsenic salts in the green trade standards of medicinal plants and preparations of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of People’s Republic of China, which came into force on April 1, 2005, are Cd ≤ 0.3 mg.kg-1, Hg) ≤0.2 mg.kg-1, As (As) ≤2.0 mg.kg-1, Pb ≤5.0 mg.kg-1. The results of the sample determination showed that the contents of lead, arsenic and cadmium in fresh rehmanniae of 11 different habitats were lower than the above standards while the content of mercury exceeded the above standards. Therefore, we should expedite the development of exogenous harmful substances in Chinese herbal medicines safety limits. Conclusion: The method is accurate, fast and easy to operate. It is suitable for the determination of harmful elements in traditional Chinese medicine.
