稻田套种平菇,是一项既能增产粮食,又可提高经济效益的立体栽培法。现将其技术要点介绍如下: (一)适时制好菌种袋 为保证平菇栽培袋适时套放到稻田里,要及早制作培养好苗种袋。平菇的菌种,宜选用高温型、耐高湿、抗性强、发菌快的菌种,一般5月初购回原种,发菌需35～40天。培养料选用新鲜的棉子壳,不加磷肥,经前发酵处理,料含水量为65％,堆闷7天,装袋前拌入0.2％的多菌灵,每袋(规格37×17cm)装干料300～350g,扎紧袋口,高压灭菌3～4小时,菌袋出锅后冷却至30℃,恒温接种,接种量为干料重的5％,排放在阴凉暗处保持温度28℃左右发菌,20～25天菌丝可发好,适时放入稻田。
