为解决风洞试验中飞行体动力相似模型质量、质心、质偏高精度测量问题,提出一种利用力平衡原理进行测量的方法。基于质量/质心及质偏测量原理,通过专用的机械装置配合高精度称重传感器测量不规则模型,并分析了减小误差的技术措施。分析结果证明:该系统测量精度较高,具有很强的实用性,特别适合高精度要求的飞行动力模型质量特性的测量。
In order to solve the problems of high accuracy measurement of mass, mass center and mass in flying similar model of wind tunnel test, a method of measuring the force balance principle is proposed. Based on the principle of mass / centroid and mass bias measurement, an irregular model was measured by a special mechanical device combined with a high precision load cell, and the technical measures to reduce the error were analyzed. The analysis results show that the system has high measurement accuracy and strong practicability, especially suitable for the measurement of the quality characteristics of the flight power model with high precision.
