龋病造成的牙体组织改变包括形态结构和化学成分的改变。近年来,为了更好地诊断早期龋,对龋病的防治效果进行研究,各种检测技术取得了一定的进展。拉曼光谱技术是一种基于拉曼散射效应的无损检测技术,其重复性好、灵敏度高、可定量分析,在龋病的研究中日益受到重视。本文就拉曼光谱技术的原理特点及其在早期龋检测、化学机械法去龋效果检测、树脂粘接修复效果检测、激光防龋机制研究及氟化物防龋作用研究等方面的应用作一综述。
Tooth tissue changes caused by dental caries include morphological changes and chemical composition. In recent years, in order to better diagnose early caries, prevention and treatment of caries to study the effectiveness of a variety of detection techniques have made some progress. Raman spectroscopy is a nondestructive detection technique based on Raman scattering effect. Its reproducibility, sensitivity and quantitative analysis are gaining more and more attention in the research of dental caries. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of Raman spectroscopy and its applications in early caries detection, caries removal by chemo-mechanical methods, detection of resin adhesive repair, laser anti-caries mechanism and fluoride caries prevention are reviewed .
