采用多元回归分析方法分别建立了未吹氧和吹氧工艺条件下RH-TOP精炼终点钢水温度的预测模型。对预测温度统计分析结果表明:未吹氧条件下,模型对RH-TOP精炼终点温度的预测误差在±5℃和±10℃时的命中率分别为83%和99%;吹氧条件下,模型对RH精炼终点温度的预测误差在±5℃和±10℃时的命中率分别为79%和96%。
Multiple regression analysis methods were used to establish the prediction models for the temperature of the molten steel at the RH-TOP refining end without blowing oxygen and blowing oxygen respectively. The results of statistical analysis of prediction temperature show that the predicted hits of RH-TOP refining endpoint temperature are 83% and 99% at ± 5 ℃ and ± 10 ℃, respectively, under the condition of no blowing oxygen. Under the condition of blowing oxygen, The prediction error of the model for RH finishing endpoint temperature was 79% and 96% at ± 5 ° C and ± 10 ° C, respectively.
