传统法律人才培养模式存在着知识面较窄、实践能力较弱和应用能力较低等弊端,已经不能满足中国经济、社会和法制的发展。因此,地方法学院校应根据社会经济发展和人才需求变化的新形势,确立应用型人才培养模式,为此,必须建立与之相适应的课程体系与课程内容,加强对学生实践能力的培养与训练,注重运用科学的教学方法,培养一支富有实践经验的教师队伍。
