用分光光度滴定法测定了单 [6 (苯硒基 ) 6 脱氧 ] β 环糊精 (2 )、单 [6 (对甲苯硒基 ) 6 脱氧 ] β 环糊精 (3)、单 [6 (邻甲苯硒基 ) 6 脱氧 ] β 环糊精 (4 )、单 [6 (间甲苯硒基 ) 6 脱氧 ] β 环糊精 (5)与一系列脂肪醇在磷酸缓冲溶液中 (pH =7 2 0 )、2 98 15K时形成超分子体系的稳定常数 ,并与母体 β 环糊精 (1)的结果做了比较 ,从主 客体间的诱导楔合和几何互补等方面讨论了修饰 β 环糊精对脂肪醇的键合能力和分子选择性 .结果表明修饰 β 环糊精的苯硒基作为一种光谱探针可以扩展分子键合能力和分子识别能
