在前人降解壳聚糖的方法的基础上 ,通过异相法用 H2 O2 、Na NO2 降解壳聚糖得到了一系列分子量从几千到几万的低分子量壳聚糖 ,并就降解过程中反应温度、反应物浓度等条件对最终产物分子量的影响作了深入讨论 ,还就降解前后壳聚糖分子结构的变化、结晶状态的变化作了测试。结果表明 ,在 4 0℃左右 ,H2 O2 用量 2 .5 % ,约 2 4 h可以将原分子量 60万的壳聚糖降低到 2~ 4万 ,满足低分子量壳聚糖的应用需求
On the basis of previous methods of degrading chitosan, a series of low molecular weight chitosan with molecular weight of several thousands to tens of thousands were obtained by heterogeneous phase degradation of chitosan with H2O2 and NaNO2, Reaction temperature, concentration of reactants on the molecular weight of the final product were discussed in depth, but also before and after degradation of chitosan molecular structure changes, changes in crystalline state were tested. The results showed that under the temperature of 40 ℃, the dosage of H 2 O 2 2.5% and about 24 h could reduce the original molecular weight of 600,000 chitosan to 240,000, which could meet the application requirements of low molecular weight chitosan
