该文概要地介绍了以聚合物为主剂的延缓交联体系深部调剖的机理、性能及添加剂在体系中的作用;提出了矿场应用过程中质量控制的方法。该体系在三个不同类型油藏的五个注水井组进行推广应用,成功率为100%,取得了明显的增油降水效果。矿场应用结果表明,该体系适用温度120℃左右,总矿化度低于20000mg/L的砂岩或灰岩油藏。
This paper briefly introduces the mechanism and properties of deep profile control of polymer-based delayed crosslinking system and the role of additives in the system. The method of quality control in the application of the mine is proposed. The system has been popularized and applied in five injection well groups of three different types of reservoirs, with a success rate of 100% and achieved significant oil precipitation enhancement effect. The results of the field application show that the system is suitable for sandstone or limestone reservoirs with a total salinity of less than 20000mg / L at about 120 ℃.
