目的：探讨多西他赛（TXT）联合奥沙利铂（L - OHP）和替吉奥（S -1）与 DCF 方案一线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法选取新余钢铁公司中心医院2013年1月—2015年6月收治的晚期胃癌患者50例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，各25例。对照组给予 DCF 方案治疗，试验组给予 TXT ＋ L - OHP 和 S -1一线治疗，治疗至少2个化疗周期。比较两组患者的临床疗效及毒副作用发生率。结果两组患者近期总有效率（RR）、疾病进展时间（TTP）、生存时间（OS）比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。两组患者治疗的毒副作用为胃肠道反应、神经毒性、脱发以及骨髓抑制；两组患者毒副作用发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P ﹥0.05）。结论TXT 联合 L - OHP 和 S -1一线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效明显，患者能耐受毒副作用。“,”Objective To investigate the effect and side effects of docetaxel(TXT)combined with asha leigh per (L - OHP)and gimeracil(S - 1)and DCF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 50 pa-tients with advanced gastric cancer were selected in the Central Hospital of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co from January 2013 to June 2015,which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group. The control group was given DCF treatment,the experimental group was given TXT + L - OHP and S - 1 as first - line treatment,they were treated at least every 2 cycles of chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy and side effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate(RR),time to progression(TTP),survival time(OS)between the two groups showed no significant differences(P ﹥ 0. 05). Patients in the two group with side effects of treatment were gastrointestinal reactions,neurotoxicity, hair loss and bone marrow suppression occurred;side effects rate between the two groups showed no significant differences(P ﹥0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of TXT combined with L - OHP and S - 1 as first - line treatment for advanced gastric cancer are significant,the patients can tolerated side effect.
