保障国家食物安全迫切需要科技,解决十几亿人口的吃饭问题始终是中国农业发展的首要任务。近几年,中国粮食生产虽然已经取得了巨大成绩,但农业基础设施差,抗风险能力弱、比较效益偏低等问题依然存在。解决粮食等主要农产品总供需矛盾,确保粮食安全,必须最终依靠科技创新,充分挖掘品种潜力,尽快突破农业生产中的重大技术瓶颈,大幅度提高农业土地生产率,从根本上提高农业综合生产能力。
Safeguarding national food security urgently requires science and technology and solving the problem of eating more than one billion people has always been the primary task of China’s agricultural development. In recent years, although great achievements have been made in grain production in China, problems such as poor agricultural infrastructures, weak anti-risk ability and low comparative benefits still exist. To solve the contradiction between the total supply and demand of grain and other major agricultural products and ensure food security, we must finally rely on scientific and technological innovation to fully exploit the potential of varieties and break through the major technological bottlenecks in agricultural production as soon as possible. The agricultural land productivity will be greatly raised and the comprehensive agricultural production capacity will be fundamentally improved.
