中职生有着高中生所没有的就业压力,又因为年纪小,缺乏大学生相对成熟的心性。这样一群人,会早早地踏上社会,面临社会的考量。专业技能是他们立足的基础,但是,自身的个性与职业操守将影响着他们发展的高度。在以往中等职业学校教育教学工作中,教师往往重视文化理论及专业技能的教学,而忽视了学生个性的培养,也漠视了职业岗位对性格的要求。如何为学生创造多种多样的个性培养环境,是我们职业教育者必须关心和解决的重要课题。
